Refund Policy

It is likely for issues to arise between order processing & shipping to receiving; therefore, we provide 2 options. Either a 7-day Return-to-Exchange may be processed, or a MCM Boutique Voucher can be applied. The type of products I create and/or sell are ineligible for refunds making them nonrefundable. This means you have up to a maximum of seven days after receiving your package to request an exchange or receive a credit. This policy is not permitted to any services or sessions. Services + sessions abide by their own policy rules & regulations.

EU [European] customers who wish to place an order may proceed with purchasing under the conditions of agreeing to our 14-day Restock-to-Shop Policy. This policy grants customers in this zone the option to return their product for a full refund. After the refund is processed an 100% restocking fee is immediately issued.

There is also the options to Return-to-Exchange within 11 days after receiving a package or having a MCM Boutique Voucher applied to a customer account. Reading this policy or refusing to read this policy and yet still placing an order, is bind agreement to pay an 100% restock fee. Asé

Eligibility for Return-to-Exchange or MCM Boutique Voucher:

- All original labels and/or tags must still be attached + in its original packaging!

- Product(s) shows visible sign that it is unusable and/or defective.

[e.g. Candle broken; Proof: Visibly showing a video or pic of candle broken.]

- The name + email used in order completion must match the information in the request.

Damages + Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving. If the item(s) is defective, damaged or if you were sent the wrong item(s) in error, please reach out via the contact forms page.

Request Approval: 

An email confirmation will be sent once your item(s) has been received + inspected, along w| an approval or denial for your preferred request. For approvals, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed prior to being shipped out.

Return to Sender:

At any point we attempt to mail your order & receive a "return back to sender" or "address not found", the cost of reshipping will automatically be transferred to you as the responsible payer. Payment is only accepted via:

A response must be given within 3 days' time of asking for confirmation & validity of your address or the order will be restocked & your exchange eligibility for that specific order will be null & void. Please be sure to double check your address, apartment numbers etc. to ensure it matches what your local post office has setup for you!

Restock-to-Shop Policy

In the event an order is deemed as abandoned, a 100% Restock-to-Shop Fee will be applied. This fee is required due to re-customizations, blessing adjustments + removals, energy + time placed back into the product, as well as discounting & more.

As mentioned before, our inventory is filled w| hand-made spiritual products. All, 100% products are blessed using hand-made consecrated products + a customized prayer. Roughly 95% are hand-made, mixed and/or crafted. While roughly 15% are made to order. These are not products that are just easily repurchased and resold.

that does not include dead devices being the reason.

This fee is charged immediately after a package is viewed as "abandoned". We make 3 attempts using the contact methods we have on file w| each attempt being used at least once over a 7-day period. In the case that we know of a possible way to reach you but do not have that specific contact method on file, we will make no attempt to use it. We only use what we have been given prior written or approved consent to use through our Shopify e-commerce platform. On day 8 all items in the order are placed in our back office, where they will begin the process of re-customization. No exchanges, refunds or vouchers will be permitted. Null and void!

However; if we have not gotten to your order just yet, you may still have time to claim it. Sometimes these are spiritual blocks and/or hits in disguise. Always check in w| us for reassurance.

Note: Once your item(s) is approved for exchange or a voucher, instructions on where to send your package will then be provided. It is imperative that you maintain patience + reframe from throwing out or improperly disposing of any products prior to receiving instructions on how to do so. The two contact methods provided are to give direct access regarding any questions for specific methods only. Please allow up to 24 hours to receive a response. I will only reply back to one!

I view inheriting the habit & continuous actions of purchasing & requesting to exchange or receive a voucher as theft! Doing this will get you promoted to non-customer. May Spirit use their time well w| you. Asé
