Delivery Policies
Shipping Policy
To be able to provide our customers w| a quick delivery, our choice of shipping is designated w| USPS shipping carrier services. At this time USPS Ground Advantage, Priority & Priority International are our only ship methods offered.
Please allow up to a total of 24 hours for your order to be processed. Processing does not include a shipping timeframe as that is out of my hands after the order is placed w| USPS.
- Once payment has been received, your order begins processing within 24 hours. Once shipped you'll receive an email w| your tracking information. Estimated shipping timeframes are provided prior to completely checking out.
- All orders that are received on federal holidays & after business hours on a Saturday still follow processing protocol but cannot be shipped until the next following business day.
- International shipping is just as unpredictable as non-international shipping. Please keep your tracking number handy, as shipping can be anywhere from 7-21 days or even longer. Please be patient.
The price of shipping is based upon which method is chosen, what state & country you reside in. You will receive insight on the expected cost of shipping at checkout.
Once your order is in transit, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier to ship your order in a safe and timely fashion. Please reach out to the carrier for any issues that arise while your order is in transit w| your tracking number in front of you. You may also use Shop to track your package.
If you have not received your package after the estimated ship delivery date, please reach out to the carrier prior to reaching out to me.

Local Delivery Policy
For customers who are within city limits and do not want to wait to receive their packages have the option to choose a Local Delivery option.
1. Local Drop-off:
Local Drop-off is for those who prefer to have their package dropped off at a specific location. The address chosen must be within 10.1 miles of our approved delivery locations.
There is an $15 delivery fee to drop off w| a minimum order amount of $44. Please ensure that you are there to meet your driver upon delivery. Our drivers will not wait more than 3 minutes tops for a customer to come out to accept their order. Package[s] that are unable to fit in a mailbox or that are unable to be hidden from the eyes of others will not be left behind. Customer may have a second chance to reschedule another time and/or day. In the event of a second failed attempt for the package to be redeemed, we will move forward w| the shipping process. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is on hold until we receive the fee for your order.

2. Local Meet-up:
Local Meet-up is for those who prefer to meet at a heavily known location in the eye of the public. This could be in the parking lot of a restaurant, grocery store etc. within 10.5 miles of our approved delivery location.
There is a $10 delivery fee w| a minimum order amount of $30. Please be on time! Driver[s] will not wait more than 6 minutes tops at the agreed upon location. Package[s] that remain w| the driver will have one more chance to reschedule another time and/or day. In the event of another failed attempt to redeem your package, we will move forward w| the shipping process. The customer is responsible for shipping fees! Shipping is postponed until we receive the fee to ship. Please refer to our shipping policy on ship timeframes.
Regulations, Requirements + Rules
- All cancelations must be completed 12 hours in advance. Only 2 reschedules are permitted prior to us moving forward with our next form of delivery, which is shipping.
- Any orders that are deemed abandoned are restocked. Due to the type of products we sell + create, restocking will result in a 100% Restock-to-Shop Fee. [Explained in our Refund Policy]
- In the event of needing to cancel due to an emergency, please make driver aware immediately.
- In the event of rescheduling once our driver is already enroute or has already made it to the agreed upon location, another delivery fee will be applied prior to our driver moving forward. Please be on time to avoid double paying.
